Training at a private studio is ideal for those who want personalized instruction or those who may feel uncomfortable training at a gym.

Weight Loss/Body Enhancement Program

This program is designed to assist you with setting fitness goals and establishing proper exercise routines that can be performed anywhere. This is a 30 day program consisting of 16 workouts where you and I meet four times weekly. Each session is specifically designed to maximize weight loss and reduce body fat by incorporating flexibility , Pilates, cardiovascular, and resistance training.

High Energy 30 Minute Power Workout

Don't have a full hour to train? Temple Builders Fitness, LLC offers a High Energy 30 minute power workout, which is designed to get you fitter faster! This awesome workout incorporates strength training, cardio, medicine balls, resistance tubing, and boxing. This format is perfect for lunch time, early mornings, or late afternoon power workouts.

Group Fitness at your school or workplace

No Equipment! No Problem! One of the most convenient places to conduct group exercise is in a school setting or the work place. This is highly recommended for anyone with time restraints such as students and busy professionals. As your group instructor I will come to your school gym or activity center and provide all necessary equipment to conduct dynamic class.

Group exercise classes incorporate the best of both worlds by utilizing weighted bars, medicine balls, stability balls, and tubing for resistance training to a cardiovascular class. The trend in fitness is toward core strength and functional movement. The “CORE” muscles are those muscles throughout the midsection including the abdominals, oblique, hip, and lower back. Training within a group setting is fun, challenging, and a great way to end a stressful day. Muscular strength & endurance are components of cardio-respiratory, flexibility, and appropriate body composition all of which are important for overall health and well-being.
